Unfortunately, the day we golfed this course it was quite cold and muddy. So it's kind of hard for me to give a "fair" evaluation. But here's what we got...the cart paths were stone/dirt. There was no bathroom on the course, not even port-a-potties (because it was too wet and muddy for the trucks to get out). The fairways were pretty mushy, the tee boxes in rough shape and the greens very slow. BUT, as I said, it was early May after a particularly harsh winter so it's not fair to judge. The course looked pretty with rolling hills and some nice looking holes. It was a long course and the holes were not too close together. The guy working the pro shop and restaurant was really nice and accommodating. It seemed like a popular local course and the price was reasonable. I'd like to try it again before I judge.
